primary business is advising
individuals who are buying or
selling real estate in New York
City. In the past twenty years,
we've handled literally thousands
of deals, mostly in Manhattan
though we've also been involved
in transactions in Brooklyn,
Riverdale and Queens. Our office
is located in a brownstone in
the West Village, which Paul
has owned and lived in for more
than 40 years, so we are especially
qualified to handle sales of
small buildings.
Besides
representing individual buyers
and sellers, we also work with
co-op boards and managing agents,
advising them on financial matters,
shareholder issues and building
operations.

billing

tell you in advance how much
it will cost to handle your
deal, so you'll know up front
what you'll have to pay and
won't worry about watching the
clock during meetings or phone
