Paul M. Wolsk, Attorney at Law

has specialized in real
estate law since he founded
his own firm in 1982.

involved in thousands
of deals, working out

he has built up extensive
contacts in the real estate
community, giving lectures
on legal topics at brokerage
firms such as Halstead,
Bellmarc and The Corcoran
Group. He wrote a legal
column for the monthly
newsletter The
Cooperator covering
matters of interest to
the cooperative and condominium
community and has been

given by the Council of
New York Cooperatives
& Condominiums.
Prior to
his real estate career,
Paul worked as an entertainment
lawyer for record companies
and law firms in the music
industry, working with
artists, producers, publishers
and record companies.
He has also worked as
